Mental health is how we feel inside and how we handle life’s ups and downs. It is just as important as our physical health. Everyone has mental health, and sometimes it can be strong, while other times it can feel weak or tired.
Many people feel sad, worried, or stressed at some point. This can happen because of hard things like losing someone, having problems at school or work, or feeling alone. These feelings are normal, but if they last a long time, they can make life very hard.
Taking care of your mental health means paying attention to your feelings and asking for help when you need it. Talking to friends, family, or a counselor can make a big difference. Doing things you enjoy, getting enough rest, and spending time outside can also help you feel better.
Remember, mental health is important for everyone. It’s okay to ask for help. You are not alone, and things can get better.
