What is “Mental Health”?

It is a state of mental well-being that allows people to process hard situations and assist themselves on every step of the way. When times get worse, the only person that’ll be able to assist you is yourself. However, isolating yourself too much from people that care and can actually help you will lead to more distress. How will you know if the people you are surrounded with will actually be there to help you? They will be the ones who always stayed by your side even if the situation you were in was really hard. They will be there to back you up and help you cope.
As much as people think they are alone, there will always be someone who longs for them to be open with them, and talk their hearts out with them to let go of the burdened feelings. These struggles will often get eased by talking to God, to a close friend, or even just a simple hug from someone you fully trust. As someone who speaks from experience of having troubles doing these things, I am well assured that doing these simple little actions will have a great impact on your life as it keeps going.
Bad days may feel very long but as we all know, life will keep on going and the feeling of leaving bad things in the past will be a major aspect in your self development as you grow. As many people have said, life will keep moving forward, and learn from the mistakes you have made in the past in order not to relive the same experience all over again.
