Journaling used to sound kinda boring or like something only super emotional people did. But I tried it once after a rough day, and it actually helped clear my head. Writing stuff down makes it feel less heavy. You’re not bottling it up, and that’s a good thing.
It doesn’t even have to be deep. You can just write what happened in your day or list what you’re grateful for. It’s like having a convo with yourself that no one else can hear. And over time, it helps you see patterns in your mood and thoughts, so you start to understand yourself better.
