The Hidden Mental Health Benefits of Journaling

Journaling used to sound kinda boring or like something only super emotional people did. But I tried it once after a rough day, and it actually helped clear my head. Writing stuff down makes it feel less heavy. You’re not bottling it up, and that’s a good thing.
