All habits labeled as "healthy" are not beneficial when taken to their peak. Overdoing can stress the high-spurning workouts and weaken immunity, while oversizing is associated with high risks of chronic disease. Excessive health monitoring can cause anxiety and emotional irritation, and continuous priority to work on social relations can increase the risk of heart disease and cognitive decline. Pressing negative emotions and over -reliant on mindfulness apps can obstruct emotional regulation. In addition, stress enhances hormones such as cortisol by always being busy, damaging many body systems.
