How Nature Therapy Can Rewire the Brain

Lately, I’ve been hearing about “nature therapy,” and at first, I thought it was just walking in the woods and calling it deep. But turns out, there’s real science behind it. Being around trees, sunlight, and even the sound of birds can help lower stress and anxiety. It’s like our brains chill out when we’re outside instead of staring at screens all day.

I tried it once after a stressful week, and it actually helped. I didn’t do anything crazy, just went to the park and sat there with no music or phone. It felt kinda weird at first, but my head felt clearer after. I think we all need a break from the noise sometimes. So next time life feels too much, just go touch some grass. Literally.
