How Micro-Habits Create Massive Life Changes

We all want to improve ourselves, but going all-in can be hard to keep up. That’s where micro-habits come in. They’re tiny things you do daily that don’t take much effort, like drinking a glass of water when you wake up or doing 10 pushups before bed. They seem small, but over time, they really add up.

I started by making my bed every morning. Sounds lame, but it made me feel like I accomplished something first thing in the day. After a while, I started doing more things like reading 5 pages or cleaning my desk. These little wins make your day feel more productive, and it gets easier to stay on track with bigger goals.
